Veterinarians
Our Doctor is a dedicated professional who will work hard to make sure your pet(s) have the finest care possible. The goal is to have your animals be "clients for life" and allow them to live long, healthy lives through regular checkups, vaccinations and dental care.
Dr. Brenda Brandt - Veterinarian/Hospital Manager
Educational Background:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, 1986, Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine
Bachelor of Science, 1984, KSU.
Affiliations:
American Veterinary Medical Association, South Carolina Association of Veterinarians, Greater Greenville County Veterinary Medical Association
Animal Companions:
"Mandy", "Kammi" and "Indy", shelties, and a kitty named "Taylor".
Receptionists
We have a wonderful receptionist whose morning responsibilities include admitting all the surgery patients, those coming in for bathing, boarding, and examinations. In the afternoon, she ensures that all our day patients make it home with their medications, special diets, home care instructions, and personal belongings. She schedules appointments, answers questions, or directs your call to a technician or veterinarian if needed.
Wanda - Receptionist
Wanda is native to the Greenville area. She has been working in the veterinary field over 5 years, and has a love for all animals. In her care both you and your pet will feel special.
Animal Companions:
"Blue" the Schnauzer and "Annie the cat.
Veterinary Assistants
Oasis Animal Hospital has very capable assistants whose responsibilities include assisting the doctor in the exam room and during treatments, setting up laboratory tests, monitoring patient well being, making sure daily medications are given, and filling prescriptions.
Jenny - Veterinary Assistant
Jenny and her family live on a farm with numerous pets, large and small.
Kim - Veterinary Assistant
Kim has over 5 years of experience as a veterinary assistant. She is married and own 2 cats.
Groomers
We have a groomer to pamper your pooch.
Jamie- Groomer
Jamie has been grooming full time over 4 years. She has always kept animals in her life and is actively involved with her dogs in the show ring and in odor detection and tracking. Jamie currently keeps several dogs and horses.
Animal Caretakers
Our animal caretakers share the responsibility of ensuring your pet has a wonderful stay when they board at our hospital. They work together to keep all animals in the hospital and kennel clean, comfortable, and happy.
Jeanice
Jeanice works part time after school. Jeanice has a cat - "Chrissy" and sheltie "Jimmy Dashal Parker".
Greeter
We have a wonderful Greeter whose responsibilities include meeting and inspecting all clients and patients at the door.
Thai - Greeter
Thai was adopted from the humane society. He is a rising star in the extreme sport of bottle cap hockey. His other love is investigating ladies' handbags.
Thai has two trainee greeters: "Seamus McLane" and "Frankie".
Office Manager
James
James takes care of all the miscellaneous extra "stuff" that needs to get done and is also our web page guru.
