Veterinarians

Our doctor is a dedicated professional who will work hard to make sure your pet(s) have the finest care possible. The goal is to have your animals be "clients for life" and allow them to live long, healthy lives through regular checkups, vaccinations and dental care.

Dr. Brenda Brandt

Dr. Brandt is a graduate of Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. She is married and has two grown children. She is a member of the South Carolina Association of Veterinarians, the Greater Greenville County Association of Veterinarians and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

She owns and loves two Shetland Sheepdogs, Mandy and Indy. She also has a super sweet cat named Seamus McLane.

She enjoys spending time in her garden and doing various crafts like basketry, crocheting and embroidering temari.

Veterinary Assistants

Oasis Animal Hospital has very capable assistants whose responsibilities include assisting the doctor in the exam room and during treatments, setting up laboratory tests, monitoring patient well being, making sure daily medications are given, and filling prescriptions.

Jenny

Jenny has been with Oasis since August 2008. Her love for animals steered her to this job. She loves what she does and is constantly researching new ways to better pet health care.

Jenny, her husband David and son Austin run a farm in southern Greenville County. They have several types of animals including cattle, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and pigeons.

In her spare time Jenny enjoys quality time with her family and critters, reading, hunting, photography and sleep.

Kim

Kim was born in the Chicago Suburbs. She moved to Northern Virginia after high school and called it home for 5 years before moving to the Upstate in 2007. She has been a veterinary assistant since 2000 and has enjoyed working and building her experience at many practices big and small. She also works as a medical transcriptionist when she is not taking care of the wonderful clients and patients of Oasis Animal Hospital.

At home she cares for her boys, "Otto" "Seven" and Brandon, her human companion. She is currently training for her first 1/2 Marathon. Yup, she's a little crazy.

Jeanice

Jeanice has been with Oasis since June 2008 as an assistant and web-presence monitor. She has loved animals and the biological sciences all her life and is currently on the pathway to becoming a veterinarian. She graduated from Mauldin High School in May 2011 and is currently studying Pre-Veterinary Medicine at Greenville Technical College. She plans to transfer to Clemson University after completing her Associate degree in science.

Jeanice has one Shetland Sheepdog, Jimmy, and a white Ragdoll cat, Chrissy. She loves to spend her free time with her animals and friends, and enjoys art, reading, music, and running.

Jessi

Jessi graduated from the veterinary assistant program at Greenville Technical College in May 2011 and has been with us at Oasis since April 2011.

Jessi and her Fiancé have 3 pets at home whom they love dearly. Her animal companions are Max, a German Shepard Mix, Otis, a Pit Bull mix and her cat Prince.

Jessi spends her extra time playing with her pets, making custom candles (find Candle Builders on Facebook) and working in the yard.

Groomers

We have a groomer to pamper your pooch.

Angie

Angie has 15 years grooming experience. She owns a kennel and a mobile grooming business in her home town of Easley.

She has three children and two dogs. Angie enjoys skydiving and other outdoor sports

Greeter

We have a wonderful Greeter whose responsibilities include meeting and inspecting all clients and patients at the door.

Thai

Thai was adopted from the humane society. He is a rising star in the extreme sport of bottle cap hockey. His other love is investigating ladies' handbags.

Thai has two trainee greeters: "Frankie" and "Taylor".
